The problem has been resolved, all iTrend statistical reports are now being rebuilt. Customers should see up-to-date data on their reports shortly (the “Last updated” timestamps on all reports will reflect that):
The issue was caused by recent maintenance Microsoft performed on their Azure Virtual Machines. We use VMs for some of our automated data parsing processes – and several of those processes did not work correctly following the VM update. Software has been updated to properly handle such situations.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are implementing additional monitoring and making changes to our software to avoid such issues in the future.
